Nikki reviews your procedure, stage of healing and areas of concern before adapting the treatment to what is appropriate for you that day. Gentle lymphatic techniques aim to encourage fluid movement and help manage swelling related discomfort. Your treatment should support the aftercare plan provided by your surgical team. It does not replace medical follow up or guarantee faster healing. WHO IS IT FOR? Clients recovering from cosmetic surgery, including procedures such as liposuction, tummy tuck and body contouring surgery, where lymphatic drainage has been approved by their surgical team. Confirmation from your surgical team that treatment is appropriate is required. Timing and suitability depend on the procedure and your recovery. Following this initial visit, Ongoing Care appointments allow your treatment to be reviewed and adapted as recovery progresses. If you develop new or worsening pain, redness, heat, fever or sudden swelling, contact your surgical team promptly rather than waiting for a massage appointment.
