Cancellation Policy

To help keep appointment availability fair for all clients, all appointments are secured with either a non-refundable booking fee or payment in full. Depending on the treatment selected, you may pay a booking fee, pay in full, or choose between the two, as clearly shown at checkout before payment is made. Whether you pay a booking fee or payment in full, your payment is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new appointment if your booking is rescheduled online with at least 72 hours' notice. If you need to reschedule your appointment, this must be done via your online customer account. As Bodies by Blooms is a single therapist clinic, treatment sessions often mean we're unable to respond to calls, emails or messages immediately, so appointments cannot be rescheduled by phone, email or social media. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or missed with less than 72 hours' notice are un-eligible for a transfer or refund. Where a balance remains outstanding, this may be charged to the payment method held securely on file. For treatment courses, appointments cancelled, rescheduled or missed with less than 72 hours' notice will be treated as attended, and one treatment session will be deducted from your course. As a small business, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Last minute cancellations and missed appointments are often impossible to refill at short notice, meaning another client may miss the opportunity to book. This policy helps us keep appointment availability fair for everyone while allowing us to continue providing the highest standard of care to all of our clients.
