Each appointment is unhurried, nurturing and intentionally therapeutic — complete with a warming heated eye mask so you can fully switch off. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that should you wish to cancel or amend your appointment, you do so via your online account, under 'My Bookings.' You are required to give us at least 72 hour’s notice of any cancellations/amendments. This policy is in place out of respect for our staff members and our other clients who wish to book an appointment. Please be aware that deposits are non refundable but are transferrable at our discretion. Payment for courses are strictly non refundable, nor transferrable. If you fail to show for your appointment this will be classed as a ’no show’ and you will be charged 100% of the service price. If you fail to show and this booking is part of a course, this will be deducted from your course allowance. If you do not show for your appointment, and do not pay the balance due, regrettably, we will be unable to book you in for another appointment.
