Cancellation Policy

Please note that from 01 June 2026, Blooms will be located within Studio One, 1 Tindal Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1ER. No need to panic — we are simply moving across the road from our current location at 1 Tindal Square. Same nearby car parks, same easy access, just an even more peaceful and elevated treatment environment as Blooms joins a luxury collective of powerhouse women in beauty, aesthetics and advanced skincare. Should you need to cancel or amend your appointment, we kindly ask that you email hello@bodiesbyblooms.com with your preferred date/time and we will endeavour to respond the same day. A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for any appointment changes. This policy is in place out of respect for both our time and clients waiting for availability. All deposits are strictly non refundable. However, when sufficient notice is given, your deposit will automatically transfer across to your new appointment when amended within the required notice period. Appointments amended or cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment time may result in the remaining treatment balance being charged to the card held on file. Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be classed as a no show and the full treatment amount will remain payable. For course bookings, appointments cancelled outside of the required notice period or missed entirely will be deducted from the course allowance and are non transferable.
